Shipping Update - December 18th, 2020

Our packages ship from Connecticut. Despite being affected by the winter storm, our warehouse is working diligently to process your orders on time.

We use UPS and UPSP as courier services. Both companies are experiencing higher than usual order volumes, reduced staff availability due to the pandemic, and extremely difficult road and working conditions due to severe weather.

According to the information we have received, in an effort to save time many packages are not scanned at origin or at each hub as they make their way to you. This means the packages might show as not shipped when tracked by their tracking number until they arrive at the destination hub, where they will be scanned prior to delivery.

Please be patient with UPS and USPS at these unprecedented times. Everyone is working very hard to get your order to you on time, but given the circumstances, both carriers had to suspend their service guarantees.
