Shipping policy

We are the official US importer of Zalto. When you order from The Manufactory, or from our parent company Winemonger.com, you can rest assured that you will receive genuine Zalto glassware. Due to recent gray market activity, we highly recommend you avoid purchasing Zalto on a third-party platform such as Amazon or Wayfair.

Please note that we will require a signature for delivery on larger orders or at our discretion. 

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100 shipping within the continental US. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are excluded from our free shipping offer.

CAN WE SHIP TO YOU?

We can ship anywhere in the United States. We are unable to provide international shipping. If you live outside of the United States, please feel free to email our customer service and we will do our best to direct you to the Zalto importer for your country.

ORDERING

The easiest way to order is right here, online. However, if that makes you nervous, please feel free to call our office and we will be happy to help you place your order or answer any Zalto questions you may have. We can be reached at 415-747-8404. Our office is open from Monday thru Friday, 9:30-4:30 PST.

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We ship Zalto glassware via UPS and USPS from our warehouse in Connecticut. We do our best to select the courier that shows the fastest transit time to your address. Current transit times from our warehouse to states on the East Coast are as fast as 1 day with Ground shipping, and approximately 4 days to the West Coast. Ground shipping transit times do not come with a guarantee.


The cut-off time for orders to be placed with our warehouse to begin processing that day is 9:00 AM PST. Orders received by then will be sent to our warehouse and they will strive to maintain a 48 hours turnaround time to ship your order out. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends, so processing days are business days. During the holiday season, or when an unexpectedly large volume of orders come in, turnaround times can take an additional 1 to 2 days.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.


HOW WE PACK:

Glasses are individually wrapped in paper and packed in Zalto branded cardboard boxes. If you ordered from any retailer and your glasses did not arrive in pristine paper wrapping and Zalto branded boxes, we advise to return them and order from a trusted source. Contact us if you would like to know if a source is in the Zalto distribution network.
