I broke one of our Zalto Universal glasses so I ordered a replacement. Unfortunately UPS mangled the package and it arrived completely shattered. I emailed customer service and Olive immediately took care of me, they asked for photos to file an insurance claim and within 45 minutes I received a replacement order confirmation. Just two business days later a perfect new Zalto Universal arrived at the door. Incredible.

I did have a shipping mishap. UPS handled the box extremely poorly and the glasses arrived completely shattered. Luckily The Manufactory has excellent customer service and they insure their shipments so getting a replacement set was very simple!

I love Zalto Denk'Art Wine Glasses! They are the only glasses I drink wine from now and funny enough, I think it makes the wine taste better! Not sure how, but it does!

I’ve got cabinets full of Reidel, Spiegelau & Zwiesel and these Zalto Champagne (11552) are quite simply the best champagne glass I’ve ever held. The weighty, balance and, of course, the aesthetic are just sublime. Base is sturdy and assuring - similar to Reidel Sommelier Series. Can’t wait to start using these!
The product itself is as shown in photo and as described. Even though the outer and inner boxes were both damaged- even to the point where the inner box could not be wrapped with gift paper - the bubble wrap was sufficient in this case to prevent damage. For sure, even though the outer box was marked Fragile the package received sufficient abuse to damage the inner box with the product label

We are always sorry to hear that the courier mishandled a shipment. As you mentioned, we make sure every shipping box is marked FRAGILE, and then both bubble wrap the Zalto box, and in the case of spittoons, decanters, and carafes, do an additional layer of bubble wrap. The good news is that it did protect your spittoon, but it's disappointing that you couldn't gift wrap it.
