Refund policy
Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We are unable to offer free return shipping labels.
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Glasses that have been unwrapped from their protective paper wrapper will be accepted for return less a 20% fee as we can no longer sell them as new. Please do not attempt to re-wrap glasses in their paper wrapping and then send them back to us. Quality control will not accept items back into inventory that show a previously removed tissue wrapper.
We will not refund glasses that have been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order number.
Please do not send your glass back to our warehouse without first contacting us.

We cannot be held responsible for items that break in transit while being returned to us, so please be sure to pack the items carefully. Most couriers offer up to $100 in insurance with their shipments. If the value of your return is higher than that, we recommend that you purchase additional insurance from the courier. Should breakage occur, we will provide you with all of the photos and documentation to file your claim.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For items broken in transit
If you are requesting a refund or replacement due to breakage in transit, please note that we need to be contacted within 48 hours of the glassware being delivered to you.
Please take the 3 pictures listed below, and then contact us at customerservice@themanufactory.com. We will quickly get a replacement shipped out to you, or a full refund, whichever you choose.
- A photo showing the outer shipping box. If there is visible damage, please make sure that it is visible in the photo. You can send additional photos of the outer box if necessary.
- A photo of the damaged item. If more than one item arrived broken, all of them must be visible in the same picture.
- A photo of the packaging material used, as in, that we use bubble wrap to protect the Zalto boxes within the shipping box.
You may be asked to complete a verification that your item arrived broken. This is something our insurance requires. If needed, we will send you a link. It will only take a moment of your time.
Please note that without these photos and/or the completion of the verification link, we cannot process a refund or replacement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged at arrival. Please understand that glass breaks and we can not replace or exchange a glass that breaks during regular use and due to improper handling and care. To avoid breakage, please follow the instructions on our website and on the flyers that arrived with your shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
