Well- after a fairly rough time with USPS and UPS having serious delays, and our warehouse being shut down last Thursday due to the severe weather in the East Coast, here we are at December 23rd.
Any ground orders placed today will not be shipped out until Monday, December 28th. This is due to the fact that Christmas lands on a Friday, and our warehouse is always closed on the weekends.
If you opt for Expedited (Next Day Air, etc.), we will do our best to ship your order out on the 24th, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are also still seeing delays with USPS scanning in tracking numbers. If your order shows as "In Transit - Delayed," then we can only tell you that packages have been getting scanned in at the last hub before delivery, and are in many cases being delivered within hours of the tracking number finally showing some movement.
We have done our best to get all orders turned around, packed up, and handed off to the couriers within the time-frame promised. After that.....
