Shipping Update - January 2nd - Why Is My Package In New Jersey?

With about 19,000 postal workers either out with Covid 19, or in quarantine because they were exposed to someone with Covid 19, USPS is still having some serious delays.

Specifically, we are seeing a large number of packages that have apparently taken up residence at the USPS New Jersey Distribution hub. The bulk of these shipments are those that were ordered in the days before the Eastern seaboard was shut down due to the huge storm on December 18th. Somehow, shipments that went out the following week seem to have fared better-  perhaps because they were routed around New Jersey.

There is some light at the end of the tunnel, though! As of today, we are finally seeing some of the tracking numbers update and packages moving on to distribution hubs closer to their final destination.

We thank you so very much for your patience, and we truly appreciate your business.
