We are always sorry to hear that the courier mishandled a shipment. As you mentioned, we make sure every shipping box is marked FRAGILE, and then both bubble wrap the Zalto box, and in the case of spittoons, decanters, and carafes, do an additional layer of bubble wrap. The good news is that it did protect your spittoon, but it's disappointing that you couldn't gift wrap it.
