If you frequent wine tastings, or hold them in your home, you know the importance of a spittoon. This is the wine tasters sobriety tool, and also avoids experiencing "splashback" from the communal bucket. This hand-held spittoon holds 610 ml.

All styles of Zalto spittoons come in gray, red and green, and are opaque.

The height of this spittoon is 5.1 inches, and it is 4.6 inches at its widest part.

We recommend careful hand washing of all Zalto spittoons.

Pretty Spittoon

We were looking for something more elegant for our wine table and this is perfect. We got the gray color and are very pleased. Easy to pick up and clean.

Product Good Packaging Not

The product itself is as shown in photo and as described. Even though the outer and inner boxes were both damaged- even to the point where the inner box could not be wrapped with gift paper - the bubble wrap was sufficient in this case to prevent damage. For sure, even though the outer box was marked Fragile the package received sufficient abuse to damage the inner box with the product label

We are always sorry to hear that the courier mishandled a shipment. As you mentioned, we make sure every shipping box is marked FRAGILE, and then both bubble wrap the Zalto box, and in the case of spittoons, decanters, and carafes, do an additional layer of bubble wrap. The good news is that it did protect your spittoon, but it's disappointing that you couldn't gift wrap it.
